Membership

The following is an overview of the benefits of membership in Louisiana Crafts Guild, including the opportunity to:

Sell work at LCG’s retail galleries, satellite galleries, and online store (Sans Souci Fine Crafts Gallery, Julia Street Gallery, River Oaks Square Arts Center, The Store at Barnwell Memorial Garden and Art Center, Hodges Gardens State Parks and other statewide LCG Satellite Galleries).
Have an Artist’s Page on the Guild website (5 photos of your work, 1 photo of you working on your craft, an Artist Statement and Artist Biography, and a link to your website).
Sell and demonstrate crafts at Guild events as a pre-juried artist (no jury fees).
Participate as an instructor at craft workshops.
Access Guild marketing programs such as press releases on accomplishments, discounted website hosting, discounted printing of business cards, full color postcards, and bulk mailing rates
Receive referrals to feature writers, authors, national and international programs, and festival organizers.
Receive referrals for custom art commissions
Network with other members at events and “members only” website page.
Participate in workshops focusing on technique, business and promotion of crafts.
Earn designation of “Louisiana Master Craftsman”.
