our company offers painted glass--church restorations--custom design etching and multi stage carvings on glass--
we also do custom onsite etching of company logos and store fronts. all work is professionally done by david.

Artist Biography
Artist David Wayne Jamieson sr. was born in New Orleans on June 26, 1951. He has studied under:
Norm Dobbins- glass carving and etching
Diane Desormeaux- painting
Ellen Caillouet- stained glass
Kim Fontenot- stained glass and carved glass
David started Inspirational Stained glass in 1993. Most of his work is by commission or windows and doors through contractors.
Commissions have included work for:
Lafayette High School, Lafayette, La
Sacred Heart Church, New Iberia, La
Our Lady of Sorrows, St. Martinville, La
riverside inn and jolie's in lafayette
rice threater in crowley
1st Baptist Church, Marshall, Texas
Fairview Baptist Church, Fairview, Texas and many others
Ninety percent of all work is completed in the Inspirational Glass Studio. They natural beauty of Louisiana is reflected in many of David’s works. He has been creating glass art since 1987 and it is his passion.

He has served in the army --Youngsville volunteer fire dept-Red Cross - taught at ULL at Lafayette and in our studio.

He was a Youngsville vol. fireman for 9 years . He owned D&S auto and truck repair upon coming to Lafayette until Doug Ashy convinced him to work for his great company which he did until his heart attack in 1999. Started doing glass art and painting as a hobby in 1987.Started Inspirational Stained Glass in 1993 and it has been a pleasure to create works of art about the subjects in our beautiful state.
