Artist Biography:
A native New Orleanian, born and raised in a culture that is known for its unique methods of expressions. Annie is a self-taught artist who early in her career chose music as her medium.
At 42, Annie asked for peace, and clay was handed to her. "Clay", she says, "is a special art form; the earth in your hands--what a great feeling!". Manipulating nature's product with her hands and heart, Annie chose to sculpt the timeless southern musicians of her past. Thus was born the "Laid Back Musician".
