Artist Biography:
I've been a stained glass artist for nearly twenty years.
I have a background in mathematics and education, but over the years, I began to be drawn
more and more towards a career in art.
Since I began, my work has evolved from a traditional approach to glass, to a more original view.
As you may be able to tell, I never limit my focus to one primary style. I love to experiment with all
styles and construction methods, from traditional to eclectic, angular geometric to freeform modern.
I am a Louisiana native and love our "temperate" climate, so if I'm not in the studio, I can
usually be found out in the garden. The abundance and diversity of our landscape is an
unending source of inspiration for my work. I also love expressing in glass and sharing
with others our unique culture and traditions.
I take great pleasure working in a medium that I love and creating unique pieces to be shared.
