Susan Fincher
Jewelry

My work is a bit eclectic because it encompasses many styles. I like to try new methods, materials, and styles and hope to never stop learning. My primary influence is nature and I try to use the most environmentally friendly methods. Leaves and shell motifs make regular appearances in my work.

Susan lives in NW Florida but traveled to Nashville, TN for PMC instruction from PMC Connection Senior Instructor, Teva Chaffin and to New Orleans where she studied at the New Orleans School of Metalsmithing under instruction from Steven Donnelly. She also taught herself electrolytic etching, electroforming, and anodizing of reactive metals.

Susan is also a member of the Craftsmen’s Guild of Mississippi.
