Metal / Hebert, LA

Artist Statement

My passion for art started in grade school with the timely encouragement of my elementary teacher. An interest in my Native American heritage then sparked my curiosity and I took the first steps on a journey that would inform my awareness and appreciation for the natural world. In construction, I am self-taught. I learned by observation and use only the most basic hand tools – Hammer, Torch, Files, and occasionally “Lost-Wax” casting.
