Artist Statement

The French term Bain Amour translates to bath love. Being a lover of long baths and having a background as a certified massage therapist, I combined my talents to create soaps, bath salts, scrubs, and other bath and body products. I strive to make the best products using the finest ingredients.
Living on a small farm in rural St. Landry parish, I transform the milk from our wonderful dairy goats to make our luxurious soap line. I hand mix each small batch and add essential oils or fragrances and colorants to create my masterpieces. Not only do you get the wonderful skin benefits of oils such as olive oil, coconut oil, and cocoa butter, but you get the added skin loving properties of fresh goat milk.
I make a point to try to source as many ingredients locally as I can. I believe in keeping my money in my community. I use local beer, beeswax, honey, and other ingredients in my bath and body products.
I invite you to find your Bain Amour with one of our wonderful soaps!

Originally raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, I moved to Arnaudville, LA in March of 2006. I love the area and my husband and I raise our 4 wonderful boys on our small family farm. We raise dairy goats, cows, turkeys, chickens, and pigs.
I created Bain Amour Bath & Body Co in December of 2013 after years of making bath and body products for friends and family. With the excess milk from our dairy goats, I was trained by a wonderful friend and soap maker on how to create goat milk soaps. After much trial and error, I came up with my own soap formula that my family and customers love! I hope you love it too!
