Artist: Jean Paul Dupas

Craft Medium:  Metal Artist's Statement: I use found metal to create my sculpture. I work with the shape of the material as I find it. I will use both clean and raw/rusted metal in my pieces. I will cut and grind the metal to produce the parts that I use in the piece. All of my work stems from seeing potential in something that (for the most part) is otherwise useless. This act of re-using the stagnant objects of the world makes me feel great inside and when you view this artwork I hope that feeling is contagious.
